SCIENTIFIC SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
  1. Conference registration is mandatory for scientific presentations (paper/poster/reel/quiz/debate etc)
  2. Each registered delegate is allowed to participate in one scientific presentation only (Paper/Poster).
  3. Only one presenter is allowed for a paper or poster.
  4. Registration ID will be mandatory while uploading the abstracts
  5. Abstract (Word format) for paper/ poster should not exceed more than 250 words.
  6. The last date for submission of abstract is 15-09-2025.

Guidelines for Paper presentations
  1. Original research (including systematic reviews and meta-analysis) can be presented as paper. Case reports and review can be presented as poster only
  2. Paper must be submitted in MS Power-point format only
  3. Title slide must contain name of the topic and Registration ID of the presenter
  4. Registration ID of the presenter must be pasted in the top right corner of all slides
  5. Maximum time per paper will be 8 minutes + 2 minutes for Q-A
  6. No personal identification including the name of the institution/guide etc must be included in the poster.
  7. Last date of uploading the final presentation on the scientific portal of the conference website will be 1-11-2025
  8. All final presentations have to be submitted through online portal only. No pen drives or blue tooth devices etc will be accepted on the day of presentation
  9. Prizes will be announced and awarded during the valedictory function
Guidelines for Poster presentations
  1. Only Case reports and review can be presented as poster
  2. E-posters must be submitted in JPEG landscape format at 300 dpi resolution in 16:9 ratio.
  3. Poster should contain the Title at the top centre and the registration ID of the presenter on the top right corner.
  4. No personal identification including the name of the institution/guide etc must be included in the poster.
  5. Maximum time per poster will be 3 minutes + 1 minute for Q-A
  6. Last date of uploading the final e poster on the scientific portal of the conference website will be 1-11-2025
  7. All final presentations have to be submitted through online portal only.
  8. Posters will have to be presented online. Tentative dates for presentation of online posters will be from 10.11.25 to 15.11.25
  9. The link for the poster presentation will be shared with all the delegates registering for the conference.
  10. Participation certificates for poster will be given to the delegates at the registration desk during the conference only. Hard/soft copies of certificates will not be given to any delegates who are not present at the conference venue.

Guidelines for Reel presentations
Duration 1. The reel must be not more than 100 seconds.
2. Please kindly ensure the content is concise and informative.
File Size 1. The file size should not exceed *20 MB*.
2. Compress videos appropriately while maintaining clarity and quality to stay within the size limit.
Visuals and Audio 1. Ensure the visuals are clear, especially for any radiographic images or clinical findings.
2. Use clear voiceovers or text to explain the case or educational content.
3. Background music should be soft and soothing and not overpower the voice
Text Overlays 1. Use text overlays or captions to enhance the understanding, especially if certain technical terms are being discussed
Creativity and Engagement 1. Be creative with how you present the case or education content. Use animation, diagrams, and simple graphics to make it engaging.
2. Ensure the video maintains a professional tone suitable for an academic or clinical audience.
Editing and Transitions 1. Use smooth transitions between different scenes.
2. Ensure the pacing allows the viewer to follow the content without feeling rushed or confused.
3. Make use of transitions that add to the educational experience rather than distract from it
Technical Quality 1. High-quality video resolution (ideally 1080p or higher).
2. Ensure that the lighting is adequate, especially if showcasing oral structures, radiographs, or clinical images.
3. Keep the audio clear without distortions or interruptions.
Compliance 1. Follow any local or institutional regulations regarding patient privacy, consent, and content sharing.
2. Avoid the use of copyrighted music, graphics, or other content unless you have permission
Submission Details 1. Include a clear title for the video.
2. The conference registration ID should be displayed along with the title
3. Reels must be submitted in MP4 format on the scientific portal of the conference website before 1-11-2025
4. Prizes will be announced and awarded during the valedictory function
Scientific Debate competition guidelines
  1. Each team can comprise a maximum of 4 participants.
  2. Last date for receiving entries of team with the details of team members shall be 1-11- 2025
  3. Four teams will be selected for the first round
  4. In case there are more than 4 entries, an MCQ based screening test will be taken to select the team on day 1, i.e. 21.11.25, 5 PM. Each member of the team shall answer the MCQs. The average score of all the participants of each team will be taken for elimination.
  5. Round 1 – Debate will be held on 22.11.25, 2.30 PM. Four teams will be divided in 2 groups of two teams each. The topic for round 1 will be given to each group on day 1, i.e. 21.11.25, 5 PM. Participants can prepare their talk in advance and present on the scheduled day. The winners of round 1 will qualify for round 2.
  6. Round 2 – The topic will be given to the winners of round 1 on the spot after they qualify. Participants will be given 15 minutes for preparation.
  7. Each participant will be given 2 minutes in round 1 and round 2.
  8. Prizes will be announced and awarded during the valedictory function
Walk in quiz guidelines
  1. Walk in quiz station will be available in the registration area from 12.30 PM to 4.30 PM on 22.11.25.
  2. Registered PG students can take the quiz only once.
  3. The quiz will have 20 questions including MCQ, case-based questions, radiographic images, clinical pictures etc in 3 levels, Easy (10), Medium (5) and Difficult (5).
  4. Participants have to qualify each level to enter the next level.
  5. Participants who qualify all the levels by correctly answering all the questions shall receive a certificate of appreciation (on the spot).
