Important Guidelines
  1. Organizers reserve all rights to alter the stall layout or allocation of stalls as per venue logistics or safety compliance.
  2. Exhibitor Badges will be issued at the registration counter based on the sponsor/exhibitor category.
  3. Exhibitor badges do not provide access to scientific sessions unless specifically granted by the organizing committee.
  4. Wearing badges at all times while within the venue premises is mandatory for security purposes.
  5. The Organising Team will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, equipment, or promotional materials.
  6. Exhibitors are responsible for their own storage arrangements within their allocated stall area. Crates and materials must be removed or neatly stored to maintain venue aesthetics.
  7. Display of standees/banners is strictly limited to the exhibitor’s own booth. No promotional materials are allowed in corridors, lobbies, session halls, or any common area.
  8. No nailing, drilling, or sticking of materials to venue walls, floors, or structures is allowed. Any damage caused will be billed to the exhibitor.
  9. Electrical installations must be managed by the official vendor only. Unauthorized use of electrical extensions or heavy equipment is prohibited.
  10. Stall construction & setup must be completed by the designated deadline prior to the event opening. No noisy construction or adjustments will be permitted after the show starts.
  11. Exhibitors must not obstruct or encroach into adjoining stalls or passageways with displays, tables, or materials.
  12. Fire safety compliance must be followed at all times. No open flames, hazardous materials, or live cooking/demonstrations are permitted without prior approval.
  13. Food and beverages distribution from stalls is discouraged unless authorized by the organisers or done through official catering vendors.
  14. Distribution of samples or brochures must be limited to within your booth only. No canvassing or distribution in session halls or entrances.
  15. Stalls must be manned at all times during exhibition hours. Unattended booths create security and professional concerns.
  16. Noise levels from audio-visual displays should be kept moderate so as not to disturb neighbouring stalls or ongoing sessions.
  17. Dismantling of stalls is only permitted after the exhibition officially concludes. Early dismantling may attract a penalty.
  18. All waste generated by your stall must be disposed of responsibly. The venue must be restored to its original condition post-event.
  19. Only approved vendors are allowed for printing, fabrication, and branding within the venue premises.
